OUR LEADERS

DYLAN EL KARA

Co-président

Dylan El Kara is a Franco‑Lebanese director, screenwriter, and producer with several short films and a feature film to his credit. Initially self‑taught, he co‑founded the association Nighthawks in 2020 with Geoffrey Soto, enabling active participation in a wide range of projects, including short films, music videos, and public‑service spots such as “Si j’étais…” for the association Urgence Homophobie (2020), broadcast on channels within the France Télévisions group.

He has also worked within The Walt Disney Company in the localization department (dubbing) and graduated top of his class from SUPDEPROD.

He plans an ambitious and exponential future for Nighthawks, one he hopes will grow year after year and serve as a platform to highlight young artists and their creative ambitions.

GEOFFREY SOTO

Co-president

Geoffrey Soto creates images and stories that blend poetic realism with technical precision. Inspired by filmmakers such as Lanthimos and works like Le Règne animal, he explores human tensions and inner quests with an almost obsessive attention to detail.

Currently in post‑production on Dédale, a musical short film about the pursuit of perfection, he also directs music videos and stage recordings, constantly seeking to capture the raw energy of ephemeral live moments.

A graduate of ESCAT and an audiovisual technician, he masters every stage of the filmmaking chain—from writing to editing. His goal is to unite sensitivity and technical mastery in order to create bold, impactful work.

ROMANE BLAIZET

Administration Council Member

Romy is 25 and has been passionate about audiovisual creation since childhood. She grew up with a camera in her hand, which quickly became for her a true means of expression—a way to tell stories and share her vision of the world.

Over time, she has developed a distinctly artistic profile, with a strong attraction to creation, image, and narrative. What motivates her above all is bringing ideas to life and building immersive universes.

For the past two years, she has been part of the association Nighthawks, a highly enriching experience that allows her to collaborate with friends on ever‑cooler projects.
